Returns & Exchanges

If the item is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please send details via our Contact Us page and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned. Unfortunately, in this situation we are unable to refund any postal costs incurred by you.

Please proceed as follows:

  • Ensure that the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition.
  • Ensure that it is adequately packaged – we cannot accept item/s that have been damaged in transit and have become unsaleable.
  • Enclose the original invoice in the parcel with the item along with an explanation of why the item is being returned.
  • Retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit RFID Secure may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.

Faulty or Damaged Items
RFID Secure takes great care in ensuring that items are not defective before despatch. However, if any item/s are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival at their destination we will organise a refund or replacement item/s. Notification of the defective item/s must be received at RFID Secure within 48 hours of receipt. Please send details via our Contact Us page and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.

Once you have received return address advice, defective items must be returned to RFID Secure within 14 days. On receipt of the item a replacement will be despatched to you (subject to availability) at our cost. If you prefer a refund we will reimburse the cost of the original item, including delivery fee, by way of the original method of payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that items are adequately packaged when returning them. You also need to include a note explaining the reason why you are returning the item/s. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit RFID Secure may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.

If an item is found to be faulty more than 14 days after receipt, and the fault is not due to normal wear and tear, please notify us via our Contact Us page with an explanation of what the problem is. We will then assess the problem and advise how to proceed.
